Dewey's Opening Meme and Updates

deweyleafIt's almost time for Dewey to start. I'm a little tired. It's a little before 5am here. I can't seem to put coherent sentences together.

Opening Meme:
1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today? I am reading from Eastern Oregon, USA.
 2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to? I don't know. I will most likely start with Hunted by Kevin Hearne. I'm about ten pages into it and thought I would finish it.
3) Which snack are you most looking forward to? I have come down with a cold. Nothing sounds good this morning.
4) Tell us a little something about yourself! I'm married and have four children. I have to work 3 hours today. It is the only time I will not be participating. I will be taking along a audio book. I might be able to listen to it a little on my short commute.
5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to? I might see what's happening on twitter. I have never participated in that way.

Thoughts: I wasn't planning on reading this book but, I couldn't turn the light on in my bedroom. My husband was still sleeping. So I chose a book I had on my kindle. Liking it so far. It's better than I was expected.

My cold is making me quit. It is a little after midnight here and I just can't keep my eyes open even long enough type out the few words I want to say. If my grammar is atrocious I'm sorry. This is my 5th Dewey and this will be the first time I didn't stay up the whole time. I cheered but, not as much as I would have liked.

Have fun and enjoy all you have to read.
Goodnight
